Bishop Jackson V. Plant has an anointed call to minister to the hurting and the lost. He ministers through a unique combination of illustrative messages and prophetic unction that allows the word of God to cut through and minister to the heart and soul. Bishop Plant has multi-faceted ministries ranging from founding the Church Of God’s Christian Serviceman’s Center in Yokosuka, Japan, the Ministry to the Military’s Evangelist to the Far East and United States, ministering throughout the US. Bishop Plant was licensed in 2000, Ordained Bishop in 2007. In 2007 he was honored to have been given the opportunity to join the Pastoral Staff of Pastor Matthew Ellis in Kingdom Victory Church in Cumberland, MD. During his six years of service, he served in a variety of positions as the Associate Pastor. Including, Evangelism Pastor as well as serving as pastor for the Levite, Media, and Internet ministries. He also served on the praise and worship team as the lead guitarist. In 2012, they moved to Hawaii and were appointed Senior Pastor for Kingdom Time Ministries where he served till transferring back to Maryland. Bishop Plant retired from The DoD in 2016, then the Plant family moved to Texas. Bishop Plant is a 20 year retired Navy veteran; He is honored to have been included in the prestigious periodical, Who’s Who in the United States seven years in a row, in recognition of his ministerial accomplishments. Bishop Plant is married to the lovely Dr. Julie Plant, a strong teacher and a dynamic woman of God in her own right. Bishop Jackson Plant is a board member for Shiloh Ministries and Outreach.
